Pretreating has never been this easy!

Every dark shirt you print needs to be pretreated before you print on it. Pretreatment adheres the white ink to the top of the shirt, so you can print a bright layer of colors on top of it. You can pretreat with a handheld sprayer, but the best option is to use an automatic pretreatment machine, like Equipment Zone's exclusive SpeedTreater Automatic Pretreatment System. The SpeedTreater reduces pretreatment to a simple process of loading a shirt on a pallet, pressing a button, and unloading the shirt. The SpeedTreater increases production, and eliminates the need to train an operator to correctly apply the proper amount of spray. With its unique self contained design you can place the SpeedTreater right next to the Veloci-Jet XL.

EZ Artist and EZ RIP – Graphics and RIP Software that Makes Printing Easy
Super Size Image

The Super Size Image tool included with EZ Artist allows you to enlarge tiny graphics that would normally be unsuitable for printing. If clients provide you with a tiny JPEG or web graphic and expect you to print a high-quality image, this tool is for you.

Normal web graphics have just 72 lines of resolution. Super Size Image will enlarge the graphic to the 300 lines of resolution needed to print on a direct-to-garment printer with excellent results.

Fluid Mask

When you print a shirt, you don't always want your graphic to be a square or a rectangle. You want to cut out the background.

But that's not always easy. If you've got a tough design, with a lot of soft edges, it can take an hour or more to remove the background.

With the Fluid Mask plugin in EZ Artist, cutting out the background is as easy as paint-by-numbers. Just outline the parts of your image you want to remove in red, the border in blue, and the parts you want to keep in green. Fluid Mask will do the rest. It will save you hours of work.
